 REFUND POLICY

Returns

Our return policy applies only to merchandise with verified manufacturing defects. A manufacturing defect refers to an error in the design or production of a product that causes it to function improperly or deviate from its intended design.

 

Gaia Elements will only accept returns for items that meet all of the following conditions:

  • Free of scratches or blemishes
  • No signs of wear or tear
  • No sizing, alterations, or modifications
  • Returned in original condition

Customized or special orders—including engraved items, custom handmade beaded pieces, or personalized jewelry—are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

 

You, the customer, must return defective merchandise within 7 business days of receiving your order.

Gaia Elements does not accept:

  • Returns submitted after 7 business days
  • Returns for normal damage, wear, or misuse
  • Returns for store credit when items are in good condition

Any order returned as undeliverable or refused by the recipient will incur:

  • A $9.95 return shipping charge
  • A 30% restocking fee

For items purchased at a physical location, please refer to the return policy printed on your store receipt.

Return Process

Gaia Elements’ Quality Assurance Team reserves the exclusive right to determine whether a product qualifies as a manufacturing defect.

This verification process may take up to 2 business days.

  • If the returned item is in stock, it will be exchanged for a new piece.
  • If the item is out of stock, store credit will be issued for the value of the item (excluding shipping, insurance, and handling fees).

Please allow 7–12 business days after we receive your return for your exchange or store credit to be processed.

Cancelled Orders Prior to Shipment

If you choose to cancel your order before it ships:

  • Shopify’s 5% cancellation fee applies.
  • Gaia Elements may charge a 30% restocking fee for order cancellations.
  • Special or custom orders canceled prior to shipment are subject to a 50% custom cancellation fee.
    No exceptions will be made.

 

Return Shipping

Once a return is approved, we will provide an email with return address to mail the product

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Gaia Elements will cover shipping costs only for the replacement item once the exchange is approved.

How to Return an Item Purchased at GAIAELEMENTS

 

 

 

 

Please follow the steps below:

 

1. Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA)

 

Contact us at gaia.elements.jewelry@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Once approved, you will receive an email with your RMA number and detailed instructions.

The evaluation process may take up to 2 business days.

2. Package Your Order

 

  • Repack the item(s) in the original packaging.
  • Include all original documents, certificates, and packaging materials.
  • Write the RMA number on your receipt and clearly on the outside of the package.
  • Any promotional gifts received with the order must be returned. If not returned, the full retail value will be deducted from your refund or credit.

 

 

 

3. Shipping & Insurance

Ship your item prepaid using a secure, insured carrier such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS Priority/Express Mail.

Packages will be returned to the sender if:

  • The RMA number is missing from the box
  • The package appears tampered with or damaged

For security purposes, do not write “Gaia Elements,” “jewelry,” “gold,” or any valuables on the exterior of the package.

Return shipments are the customer’s responsibility.

By placing an order with Gaia Elements, you agree to comply with all terms, conditions, shipping policies, and return policies established by Gaia Elements.

We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice.
