SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

 

 

Our preferred shipping provider is USPS. All orders received and paid for after 5:00 PM EST will be shipped on the next business day.

 

If you prefer to use UPS with your own account, you may select that option during checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, destination, and carrier selection.


 

 

Missing or Lost Packages

Gaia Elements is not responsible for missing, stolen, delayed, or lost packages.

 

Customers are responsible for opting into shipping insurance if desired.

Tracking numbers are provided once payment for both the order and shipping has been completed.

You may monitor the progress of your package at any time using the provided tracking number.

If your package is missing or lost, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the shipping carrier directly.

Gaia Elements will not contact the shipping provider on your behalf.

Return and Exchange Information

 

 

 

All sales are final. Returns are accepted only for merchandise with verified manufacturing defects and must be mailed within 7 business days of receiving the product—no exceptions.

 

A manufacturing defect refers to an error in design or production that affects the performance or intended function of the piece.

Gaia Elements reserves the right to determine whether an item is factory defective.

This evaluation process may take up to 2 business days.

Important:

  • If a return is approved, we will send you back the same product you originally returned—exchanges for different items are not permitted.
  • Store credit is issued only if the defective item is out of stock.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping label and associated costs.
  • Once your item is approved and processed, Gaia Elements will ship the product back to you using our preferred carrier, USPS, at no additional cost.
