Returns

We only accept returns for factory defective merchandise. A manufacturing defect is an issue caused by faulty design or production.

Returns will only be accepted if the item is:


  • Free of scratches or blemishes
  • Not worn, altered, or resized
  • Returned in original condition

Custom orders (engraved items, handmade beaded pieces, personalized designs) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Defective items must be returned within 14 business days of delivery.

Returns after this period will not be accepted.

Undeliverable or refused packages are subject to a $9.95 fee and a 30% restocking fee.

Return Process

Gaia Elements reserves the right to determine whether an item is factory defective.

This evaluation may take up to 2 business days.


  • If the item is in stock, we will send a replacement.
  • If the item is out of stock, store credit will be issued (shipping, handling, and insurance excluded).

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at:

We will provide your Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions.

Shipping Your Return

Once the RMA is issued:


  • Repack the item in its original packaging.
  • Include all documents and accessories.
  • Write the RMA number clearly on the package.
  • Ship prepaid using USPS, UPS, or FedEx with insurance.

Packages without an RMA number will be returned to sender.
